McKinsey & Company Inc. is looking for Front Desk Receptionists/Office Assistants. You should be Reliable and Punctual as you are responsible for opening and closing the office. Hours are from 9 am. - 5 p.m. We need someone with good work etiquette, internet skills, Organised, attention to detail and quick learner.

Job Duties include but are not limited to:
• Manage reception area take detailed messages. Provide Info via phone or e-mail
• Greet and direct visitors
• Date Entry, manage live calendar
• General office duties.
• Computer skills
• Dependable and Reliable
• Customer Service Experience
• Ability to multitask
• Self-motivated and Organised
• Professional, sweet and nice
