-I tested this laptop with Windows 7 with Aero enabled, and it runs very smooth. Windows 7 Runs as well(if not slightly better) than Windows XP; And after Vista, Microsoft made sure that 7 would have good compatibility, and it does! I highly reccomend Windows 7
Laptop is in good condition, the back is scratched up but it's black and it's not as evident as it would be with another laptop.
Runs cool and quiet. Fan only realy spins up when playing HD content or games. Most of the time the fan is either idling or spinning slowly. This thing is so quiet since the laptop runs so cool. You can easily have this thing on your lap for hours and it won't get uncomfortable.
You can play some older games on this. I've played Need For Speed Hot Pursuit 2 at about 25FPS and WoW at about 15FPS. Counterstrike 1.6 can run well but counter strike source is nearly unplayable.
There's a 5 in 1 card reader, so you can put in your cameras memory card in to transfer pictures, additionaly if you buy this with Windows 7 you can use ReadyBoost which means that you can use a SD card or USB thumb drive as a giant cache, which can speed some things up quite a fair bit.
