I am using it now to make this post, and it is working perfectly well.
It is a bit slow for gaming, but is perfectly fine for use with Windows XP (genuine Windows XP Home OEM included), internet, watching movies (not HD content), and office applications.
The system specifications are as follows:
CPU: AMD Athlon XP 2800+ Barton Core. (stock cooler)
Motherboard: Gigabyte 7N400 Pro 2 Revision 2
RAM: 1 Gigabyte DDR 400
Graphics Card: Dedicated nVidia GeForce FX5200 graphics card.
Hard Disk: 80 Gb SATA hard disk.
Optical Drive: Samsung CD-RW 52x speed CD rewritable drive.
Operating System: Genuine Windows XP OEM License Key included. (installed, and key provided separately).
Spare Operating System: I can also provide a copy of Ubuntu CD for free.
FREE: second computer with the following (if you want it)
CPU: AMD Athlon XP 2600+ Barton Core. (stock cooler)
Motherboard: Abit NF-7S
RAM: 512 Mb DDR 400? or no RAM provided (not sure if I've misplaced it)
Graphics Card: Dedicated ATI Radeon 9250 graphics card.
No hard disk, or optical drive are provided
This computer has everything you need for browsing the internet, or using office applications such as MS Office (MS Office is not included).
I will chuck in a semi-blurry 19" CRT monitor for free if you want it, but 1/4 of the screen is quite blurry so I don't suggest you use it for long if you wish to take it.
Also, I can make the following modifications:
+$40 if you wish to have a DVD-RW optical drive. i.e. total = $190 from base configuration
+$20 if you want a spare graphics card: ATI Radeon X800 256Mb. i.e. total = $170 from base configuration (please note that you MAY need to replace the power supply if you want to use this card).
+$20 if you want a spare hard disk drive (120Gb SATA hard disk) i.e. total = $170 from base configuration
-$15 if you don't need Windows XP Home installed (CD and License key provided). i.e. total = $135 from base configuration
-$35 if you don't need Windows XP Home installed (CD and License key NOT provided). i.e. total = $115 from base configuration
-$15 if you pick up from Templestowe. (reduce $15 from whichever configuration you chose)
Delivery: I will deliver it to your home or office for free on a weekend within 10km of Templestowe, VIC. (outside this, I will need to be paid for petrol and time, so I will request a surcharge of $2/km)
Alternatively, you can pick up, and I will reduce the price by $15.
I am willing to negotiate on price, but I think it is reasonably priced as it is.
