We are interested in swapping our townhouse in the Denver Colorado area for a house or flat in Geeling Victoria. Even though we already have arrangements for our visit in March 2009 for 3 weeks, we would like to arrange a house swap from anytime during late 2010 to anytime after that for a duration of 6 weeks to 3 months or whatever works out as we will have retired by that time. Our son and his family live in Victoria and we plan to visit them at least every two years or so. Our townhouse is located in a delightful suburb of Denver called Arvada, with many trails for hiking, many restaurants, fabulous shopping, camping in the mountains and ski areas an hours drive away. Our townhouse is modern and nicely furnished, also has a washer and dryer and internet service. We can also offer the use of one of our two cars for the use of yours if this works out. We would of course expect anyone we swap our house with to take care of it and respect it as we would theirs. We are open to any offers that work out and will be happy to send photos, e-mail and talk on the phone if you are interested.
