We are two professional couples who have just moved to Melbourne from interstate and are ideally looking to cut out the needless agent fees and lease directly from the home owner.

We require two rooms but a third bedroom would be ideal. Also, two bathrooms would be ideal but not essential.
And we are able to be flexible with the rent amount.

We have many excellent references available on request and have a long and happy history of good, honest and reliable private tenancy.
