We are looking for a friendly housemate to join our family of 2 easy going female in their twenties. We would prefer female. The room is available after 10th November 09.



The vacant spot is at a bright and sunny room (the size is approximately 3 x3m) with a big window.

The room is furnished with single bed, study table, chair and a built in wardrobe. (If you have ay furnitures and would love to use your own, we can provide the room being unfurnished)

Wireless internet of ADSL2+ (with 75G download) is available.



The house is fully furnished and is located on Dawson Street @ Brunswick West and is close to all amenities and public transport.

It has 1 bathroom and 1 toilet (so we don’t have to fight over for the toilet while one is having a bath). The kitchen is fully equipped with electric stove and oven, and all cooking neccessities.

For those with car, we have one covered car park available and plenty of off-street parking.



Accessibilities:

7-11/petrol station (24hrs), Coles, Butcher, Pharmacy, Food Market and shops are just mins away by walking.

5 mins walk to Tram 55 (tram stop 33) and 1 mins walk to Bus 506.

20 -25 mins tram ride to Melbourne Uni / Royal Melbourne Hospital and Victoria Market, 30 mins to from RMIT/Melbourne Central.

5 mins Bus ride to Moone Ponds Train Station, Bus interchange, Banks, Safeway, Café, Shops and Police Station.
