I am looking for a housemate to take my spare room in brunswick.

I am a 20 y/o male currently working full time, but will be studying next year. Im looking for a child out girl or boy to move into my house.

The house is on moreland road, close to 2 tram lines, upfield train station and is on a bus route to essendon. Its a 10 minute walk to a small foodworks, and about 25 mins walk to woolworths and dan murphys in coburg.

The rent is 521.50 pcm, and the bond is a months rent... water and elec bills extra
