That's about it, in summary... because the last ad I placed here drew inquirers that wanted a place to live that was walking distance to the train.
People - this is a city, and not every single home is built right next to the train station.

Clean neat home (not unit, or townhouse - a good suburban home).
You'll be sharing with me - single female, FT employed on shift work (including night shift), and 1 homely cute cat.
Rent is $140pw.
You'll be paying for half gas, power and excess water rates.
They're not big bills - the power can be over summer... because... THERE IS AN INGROUND SWIMMING POOL IN THE BACKYARD.
If you're the type that needs foxtel and a fancy TV, you'll have to set those up yourself, I am far more humble and will be satisfied when I get a new TV with HD and/or set top box.
The house is old-suburban - meaning, crappy ugly tiles, 70s design and unappealing BUT CLEAN kitchen.
It is a lovely home, and very comfortable. Just older, and therefore not easy on the eyes in terms of design and mod-cons.
Gas oven and cooktop.
Shower over bath.
Air con.
Built in robes in bedroom (carpeted bedrooms).
ABOUT YOU:
Non-smoker or clearly an outdoor smoker (and no, that doesn't mean smoking in your bedroom with the door shut and the window open... sorry!)
Non-party animal - courtesy when sharing means checking with housemate rather than mobs of unannounced guests. ** My CAT is the priority - her safety is paramount.
You work or have the income to pay bills and rent ON TIME, and you can either have your own groceries and prepare your own food, OR if you don't mind occasionally sharing and cooking together, I am a health-oriented vegetarian and qualified chef... so I can whip up hearty healthy simple meals.
I don't care what age you are, not what gender you are or your gender orientation.
If you are a single mother with a child my night shift roster will make it near-impossible for you to share here.
NIGHT SHIFT - means I have a roster every 3rd week of 5 nights of night shift from 11.30pm-7.30am and have enough trouble sleeping when I finally want to switch off... so I need a quiet respectful housemate who has no issue going over to stay at girl/boyfriend's house a couple nights on that night-shift week roster... easier for us both.
The house is right near a shopping centre and buses, and access to the city is easy via western ring road.
No pets allowed - you just have to love my cat and treat her like the cute furry spoilt adorable brat that she is and she will love you in return.
You'll need to come look at the house before you and I make any decision. You'll be on the lease - and short term is 3mths or longer if we get along.
You'll need your own bed and bedroom furniture and we may get a second fridge.
Plenty of car space.
Garden is ok and I may get a gardener in, once a fortnight to mow the lawn and do some other garden handiwork.
