There’s a large double room for rent in my home in Kensington. The room is fully furnished and linen and towels are supplied. It’s very large and ideally suited to couples on working visas or seeking a launching pad to move to Melbourne. Excellent public transport access and close to shops, cafes etc as well.
The house is four bedroom but I rent out only one room. It’s fully equipped and I have a fabulous kitchen because I love to cook. I’m vegetarian but don’t mind if you cook meat, as long as you clean up quickly. One thing I can’t stand is a dirty kitchen so we’d get on best if you feel the same way. There’s a lounge, study and separate dining room and I have a wonderful backyard to enjoy in the sun.
Ideally I’m seeking a couple who are both working and like to have a chat and a beer or wine after work. I try and do my bit for the environment so please be willing to recycle, compost and conserve water and energy.
There’s wireless broadband available and I get The Age delivered daily.
Minimum four weeks rental at $330 per week, all inclusive. If we get on after a month you can stay as long as you like at the same weekly rate. Available now. Non-smokers only please.
