This is a lovely spacious and PRIVATE ranch style house set amongst large trees and curled by 1km of stream. There's also huge decks and verandahs for sunny breakfasts and yoga and a big lounge room fire for the winter nights.( just got a spa too).
We protect the vicinity as a wildlife sanctuary and now have wallabies, koalas, possums, pythons, lizards turtles, abundant birdlife,,, ducks ,goose, chooks and fun people all sharing this 7 acre paradise.
Interests in the house : Yoga,Qi Gong, Film and TV, Music & Lyrics writing, Cooking, Energy Design, Nutrition...
The room is $110 + $25/week and includes: Broadband, electricity, local phone calls, Cleaner every 2 weeks, eggs, rice, soaps, washing gear...
We are attracting a veg. NON-SMOKER female 28+ who is preferably into meditation, yoga and loves the vege garden.
