This is Octavart's O1 headphone amplifier. If you don't know what that is: plug this into your audio source (computer, DVD player, CD player, iPod dock, etc) and your headphones into this, it'll sound a thousand times better. It's got a built-in DAC (digital audio converter) and the amplifier adds a lot of depth and space to the sound.

I imported this from Japan last year for $400, selling it now to help cover a friend's medical bill.

One thing I love about this unit is the bypass. You can leave it in your signal chain (comp -> interface/mixer/ect) and just plug in your fx board if your recording direct to your pc/mac. Great, nice and easy.

Selling this because, well, I dunno really. Thought I'd use it, but really I havent used it other than to muck around with it. I bought it off ebay used, with no mention of the damage to one side of the front panel, which might make it a pain to get into a rackmount. I havent tried so I'm not sure.

As I said, $150 neg I guess. S.E. subs. Go for it!
