Delivered on site by trainers form St Johns ambulance, the flagship first aid course covers a broad range of topics to enable participants to confidently manage emergency situations, providing care for the ill or injured until medical aid arrives. It is suitable to both people in workplaces and OC members of the public who want training in first aid. Most workplaces require a specific number of people to successfully complete this qualification. The Senior First Aid qualification remains current for three years, during which time a Senior First Aid refresher course must be completed. Includes some specific information to safety for the screen industries, including how to understand the industry Code of Practice and the Stunt Grading Process.
